This policy covers the website for Busy Bee ProClean, referred to below as "we," "us," or "Busy Bee ProClean." It describes what this specific website collects. It does not cover information exchanged by phone or in person.

Information collected through the quote form

When you submit the quote request form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The service address you provide, so we can confirm you are in range
• The service(s) you select
• Any additional message you choose to include

This information is stored in our database (Supabase) and a notification is sent to our inbox (via Resend) so the request can be followed up on. We use it only to respond to your quote request. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf to make the form work.

Analytics

This website does not currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics service. If that changes, this policy will be updated first to describe what is collected (typically: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type) and how to opt out.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Standard hosting logs (via Vercel) may temporarily record technical request data such as IP address for security and performance purposes.

Data retention and requests

We keep quote form submissions for as long as needed to respond to the request and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward. To request that your information be corrected or deleted, call 570-529-2793.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
